Meet Leon
Your co-pilot when you are feeling a little stuck.
If you’re here, chances are you’ve done a lot already.
Worked hard. Built a career. Ticked the boxes.
And yet something still feels off. There must be more than this right?
That place, between “I should be grateful” and “I can’t do another decade of this” is one I know well.
I’ve lived a few different lives - personally and professionally.
Personally, I’ve been playing rugby since I was seven, including being part of a team that set a Guinness World Record for the longest game ever played. I’ve raced motocross competitively, run ultra-marathons for over 20 years, served in the British Army, and chased challenges simply because they tested me.
Why does that matter to you?
Because I understand pressure, discipline, risk, recovery....and what it takes to keep going when things get hard.
Professionally, I’ve worked in global corporate roles, written strategies for billion-dollar companies, built and sold businesses, and been flown around the world to speak on stage as a keynote.
I’ve built businesses and products from nothing, often under pressure and in public, including building an app live on stage in 12 minutes, fully integrated with YouTube and Strava.
That experience matters when you’re stuck, because it’s about making progress with what you have, not waiting for perfect conditions. It means I can help you:
see the bigger picture
cut through noise
make decisions that actually move the needle
At 49, I did something most people only talk about.
I walked away from executive life, sold everything I owned, and moved to Asia to start again from zero. Not because life was bad, but because it no longer seemed to fit what I valued.
That reset is why this work matters to me.
I know what it’s like to have something to lose.
I know what it’s like to want change without blowing everything up.
